    The Broker & Founder of SURE Real Estate & Mortgage

    Steve, a native San Diegan and Del Mar resident, has 25+ years of management and sales experience with over $2 Billion in sold revenues in his career. When Steve speaks about his beloved hometown, you don’t just hear the passion in his voice — you sense it at the soul level. His past real estate sales have placed him in the top 1% of Real Estate Agents nationwide. He has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Real Estate Agents in San Diego and is the ONLY Broker ever to be selected by the Del Mar City Council as their Exclusive Listing Broker. In 2004 Steve founded SURE Auction Team, a luxury auction channel that created a systematized method to auction luxury real estate which led to multiple record luxury auctions throughout Southern California.  Steve continues to leverage luxury auctions as an invaluable tool in his marketing efforts for select clients. His expertise and licensure in both real estate and lending gives his clients a unique advantage in buying real estate as well as evaluating potential buyers of his listings. As well, he is one of the few that provides a one-stop-shop for both buying real estate and getting financing. Clients appreciate his knowledge of the market, strategic marketing sense, as well as his ability to negotiate favorable outcomes. His dedication to his clients has created lasting relationships with extraordinary trust.  Steve focuses his marketing efforts on creating attention for his listed properties while working effectively behind the scenes. His clients appreciate his discretion and business acumen. On many occasions, Steve has negotiated transactions for clients involving properties not offered to the public.

Steve is a graduate of the #9 ranked university in the United States, Northwestern University, where he played Division I Football and earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Sociology with a minor in Business Institutions. Steve was both a California Merit Scholar as well as an Illinois State Scholar. Steve also has certifications from Harvard, Wharton, MIT. Berkely, and University of Hong Kong.
